Elevate Your Event with Our Expert Wait Staff Looking for professional and attentive wait staff for your hybrid catering event in the Washington DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia area? Look no further than Extravagant Affairs! Our experienced team will ensure seamless service, allowing you to relax and enjoy your occasion to the fullest. Book our wait staff for a minimum of 4 hours, with the option to extend their service for just $35 per hour, per attendant. Let us take care of the details while you focus on creating lasting memories.
Cancellation Policy
Extravagant Affairs Inc. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We know plans can change. Our policy is designed to be flexible while being fair to our clients and our team. Food Tastings Tastings are prepaid to reserve your date: $50 for two guests, plus $25 for each additional guest. - 72+ hours before: reschedule at no charge, and your payment moves to the new date. - 24-72 hours before: 50% refund, or reschedule for a $50 fee. - Less than 24 hours before, or no-show without notice: no refund. Rescheduling may be possible for a $100 fee. Events & Staffing Services - 90+ days before your event: your deposit is refunded. - Less than 90 days before your event: payments are non-refundable, because your date, team and supplies are committed. Instead, we'll issue an Extravagant Affairs credit for the amount paid, to use toward a future date or service of equal value. Drop-Off & Delivery Orders Corporate, BBQ & picnic, Small Bites and repast orders are non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to cancel, we'll issue an Extravagant Affairs credit for the amount paid, to use toward a future order. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances If extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control keep us from providing service, we'll reschedule your event or give you a full refund.
