Service Description
You have done all the planning, and now it is time to see all that hard work come together. Let us help take the stress out of your wedding day by making sure that your plan is perfectly executed. This package starts at $1500.00 includes: • 6 Hours of Consultation Hours (phone, email, face-to-face, video WebEx) communication. Once a week until the wedding. • (1) Venue 30 Day walk-thru, to capture floor plan(s) decorating/personal items staging details; finalize linen, flatware, glassware, menu, etc. • 1-Hour Video Webex Video Conference with Client/and Staff Final Event Overview Meeting. This meeting is scheduled Monday or Tuesday, the week of your wedding to finalize all details and updates with entire team assigned to assist you and your lead coordinator on your special day • 1 hour Wedding Rehearsal 24-48 hours prior to the event (for onsite ceremony only!) Coordination and communication with all assigned vendors handling your event. * Optional • (10) Hours of Day-of-Management Service with contracted vendors, venue and guests, as well as coordinating all logistics throughout the event day with 1 event assistance assisting and 1 Lead WDC, to setup and mange your entire event *Additional team members maybe added depending on final guest count. • Development of Wedding Day Itinerary Timeline and wedding floor plans will be prepared and submitted to the venue and vendors up to 2 weeks prior event. • Emergency Kit
